Christie’s Secrets of Timeless Beauty

In her own words

Everyone wants to look good. To radiate health, and look years younger than they actually are. You too, men! Here’s something I’ve learned over the years: we have a lot more control over how we look than we could have ever imagined. Science proves it. Working with some of the brightest minds in molecular biology, I now have a two-pronged attack on aging. One comes from the inside out. The other from the outside in. Keep in mind, what I’m going to share with you is based on real science, not wishful thinking. I’m at the point in my life where I believe I’ve earned the right not to settle for anything that’s not genuine!

Beauty, from the “Inside Out”…

1) BioSil
I’ve never endorsed a beauty supplement before. And believe me, I’ve been approached hundreds of times. Partly because I thought I should try and get everything I need from food – and totally because anything I’ve tried before hasn’t worked. BioSil is different. What attracted me to BioSil in the first place was the stunning results of their clinical trials. What really got me hooked, though, are the results I see in my mirror. I now understand the real important of re-gaining lost collagen and protecting my existing collagen from breakdown. BioSil is first on my list because it gives you the ability to “un-do” the damage to skin, hair and nails . And by the way, BioSil’s clinical trial results were right on target, BioSil gives my skin a beautiful elasticity, smoothness and glow while making my hair thicker and nails stronger.

2) Foods High in Polyphenols
Food serves, or should serve, two purposes (well, three if you include that sumptuous enjoyment of great taste!). One, it gives your body the nutrients it needs to stay alive. And two, the right foods can give you powerful protection from free radicals that cause damage to your skin, or worse, vital organs. Now I was a bit lucky here. I decided as a teenager not to eat meat. Not that meat is bad for you, but putting it aside made me eat extra fruits and vegetables, the foods high in polyphenols (antioxidants). The truth is, meat is a very good source of protein, just be sure to eat a few of those fantastic “beauty foods” (see the list on the right).

3) Exercise
I don’t go crazy here. I know some experts recommend an hour a day. I even saw one doctor recommending 2 hours a day. Maybe some people have that kind of time on their hands – not me! I spend about 15 -30 minutes a day depending on my schedule. I’ll do cycling, swimming, yoga, resistance training… I like to mix it!
