Let’s Get Moving
I try to get in 10 – 20 minutes of exercise a day. It makes me look better, feel better and be healthier! The big bonus is that exercise puts me in a great mood.
Exercise gets the nutrient-rich blood flowing to all the right places, makes you functionally stronger, gives you more stamina and makes you feel younger. How can you argue with such bountiful benefits?!
I use variety to keep exercise fun. I love to mix it up and as many different activities as possible. The important thing is to get your heart pumping and your muscles working.
Remember, you don’t have to spend hours in the gym. I do many of my exercises right in my own house. If I’m working at my desk, I’ll take a break every so often and perform one of the exercises my trainer gave me (I’ll share those with you below), then return to my desk. I’ll do this throughout the day. So get motivated to get moving!
